The infamous co-founders' feudJournal
In the air for a while now, the boutiques in Chicago and Pittsburgh should emerge in the next few weeks. But it seems that they could open at the exact same time. Except, it’s better to open one store at a time.
That's why Thériault gentlemen fell into a disagreement. Having affinities with their respective cities, Vincent for Chicago and François to Pittsburgh, both of them wanted to open their favourite location before the other.
A source present at the time when this went down reported some facts of the quarrel:
"Vincent: We are going open Chicago before because it’s the city of Michael Jordan.
François: Pittsburgh is opening first because it’s the city of the Steelers, Pirates and Crosby.
V: We’re going to open Chicago first because they have the deep-dish pizza.
F: We’re going to open Pittsburgh first because the last Batman was filmed there.
V: We’re going to open Chicago first because they have a giant metal bean.
F: We’re going to open Pittsburgh before because it's closer to Toronto.
V: We’re going to open Chicago before because you're chubby.
F: Pittsburgh is going to open first because you're skinny.
V: We’re going to open Chicago first because I have more style.
F: Pittsburgh is going to open first because I'm better with a basketball! BHAM!
V: Oh Really? Let’s battle it out on the court, whoever wins opens his boutique first! Deal?
F: Deal! "
See the result of the duel, which took place on a basketball court in Toronto.
